This is my contribution to UrbinoInAquerello’s project Together Online Dante 2021 “The Divine Comedy”.

In my painting, I reference Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy, cantica Paradiso, canto 9, stanza 5, verse 49:

“e dove Sile e Cagnan s’accompagna,”
And where the Cagnan and the SIle meet,

The two rivers meet in the beautiful town of Treviso, at the bridge I painted. Enjoy.
